中天寺

陽光普照大地，帶給世界溫暖光明，

雨水滋潤萬物，生命藉之延續成長。

末學近日好整以暇，隨緣親近大自然(攀爬台灣樹林海明寺後山，大同山頂），行步於山林間，沿途山巒疊翠，錯落有致，群山壯麗，老樹蒼挺，山風習習，晨光明麗，抬頭凝視，高空翱翔自在的四隻雄鷹...沐浴在此大自然生生不息、海濶天空懷抱中，不禁令人心曠神怡、豁然開朗！

在美國十一月的感恩節，依循傳統，美國的大家長，總統先生會特赦一隻火雞，予以賜名，並將此火雞妥善安置終老。這種愛護生命的精神，正是與萬物為友的佳例。大自然是人類的母親，人們食衣住行皆取之於大自然，因此，我們必須珍惜大自然所賜予我們的一切，須知足感恩，謝謝大自然對人類所有的貢獻。

身為萬物之靈的人類，彼此應和平相處，與萬物為友，互益共榮。常懷感恩，珍惜愛護我們的地球家園，讓家園更亮麗美好--天生萬物以養人，人修福德以報天。

2015 Thanksgiving Wishes- Always be Grateful and Protect our Home (the Earth)

Sun shines over the earth and brings warmth and light to this world;

Rain moistens all beings and life hence continues.

I recently climbed the mountain behind Hai-Ming Temple. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery as four eagles glided freely over the sky. I felt wonderful and relaxed.

On Thanksgiving day, it is the tradition for American president to pardon a turkey and give it a name. The turkey is taken care forever. The spirit of this love towards all beings is a great example to befriend with all lives. Nature is the mother of human beings. Our daily needs are originated from the nature. Therefore, we have to treasure everything we get from the nature and be appreciative of what the nature has provided us.

Human is the soul of all living beings. We should live peacefully together and befriend to everything around us. We should help each other to prosperity. We have to treasure and protect our “home”-the Earth and make our home more beautiful. What we receive from the nature, we have to return a favor back to the nature.
